Establishment Division – Project Staff Required
The Establishment Division of Pakistan is inviting applications for the following temporary project-based positions. Candidates who meet the required qualifications and criteria can apply.
1. Stenotypist (BPS-14)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a HEC recognized university.
Shorthand speed: 80 words per minute.
Typing speed: 40 words per minute.
Must be computer literate.
2. UDC – Upper Division Clerk (BPS-11)
No. of Posts: 2
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Typing speed: 30 words per minute.
Must have 3 weeks basic IT training certificate from NITB.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
3. Naib Qasid (BPS-03)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Qualification:
Primary pass.
4. Dispatch Rider (BPS-03)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Qualification:
Primary pass.
Valid motorcycle driving license.
5. Sweeper / Sanitary Worker (BPS-01)
No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Qualification:
Literate / Primary level.
Important Instructions
Recruitment will be made according to Government of Pakistan rules.
Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channel with NOC.
Age relaxation will be given as per government policy.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
Quota system (women, minorities, disabled persons etc.) will be followed as per government rules.
