1) BSc Engineering (Civil) or Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from a university recognized by the Pakistan Engineering council, &
2) Registered as a professional engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council except in a case where section 28(b) of the Pakistan Engineering Council Act, 1976 (V of 1976) is applicable.

Male 21 to 28 + 05 = 33 Years

Female 21 to 28 + 08 = 36 Years
