💼 Head Collections and Recovery (Digital Banking Group)
Grade: Band-4 to Band-2
Location: Lahore
Age Limit: Up to 55 years
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university
Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years relevant banking experience in Collection and Recovery
Major Responsibilities
Manage divisional budget including recovery costs, litigation expenses and third party agency commissions.
Track and explore long-term health indicators such as NPL ratios, Provisioning and Roll-rate trends.
Oversee effective deployment of recovery tools including Litigation, Out-of-Court Settlements and Auctioning of seized assets.
Categorize portfolio into Big Ticket vs Mass Market to allocate resources and specialized recovery strategies.
Set annual and quarterly KPIs for Collections Unit Heads and conduct performance reviews.
Ensure integrity of Performance and Delinquency MIS.
Act as primary liaison with Credit Initiation, FRMU, Card Operations and Legal to resolve systemic issues.
Maintain oversight of Fraud Reporting mechanism ensuring First-Payment Defaults or Bust-out fraud patterns are identified.
