Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) regarding the CSS Competitive Examination (CE-2026). The notice includes complete instructions on applications, eligibility, and the procedure for applying.

👉 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

This section provides rules and deadlines for applying:

✔️Applications for written part of CSS CE-2026 are invited until 22nd December 2025.
✔️ Examination will be governed entirely by CSS CE Rules, 2019.
✔️The written exam is tentatively scheduled from 4th February 2026 (Wednesday).
✔️ The exam will be conducted in 19 cities as per prescribed rules.

👉 ELIGIBILITY

This section describes who can apply:

✔️Only candidates qualified in MPT CE-2026 can apply.
✔️ Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree (2nd Division).
✔️ Age limit is 21–30 years on the cutoff date. A two-year relaxation is allowed for specific categories in Rule 6.
✔️ The cutoff date is 31st December 2025 for age, qualification, domicile, and all eligibility criteria.
✔️Under Rules 11(20) and 11(21), candidates are provisionally admitted at their own risk. If they are found ineligible at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled—even after the entire process. Candidates must ensure they fully comply with all requirements before applying.

Candidates who have qualified MPT-2026 must log in using their existing MPT login/password and click the “Apply Online” link at www.fpsc.gov.pk
They must complete their profile and generate a 16-digit PSID for depositing the fee:
RS. 2200/-
Deadline for fee: 22nd December 2025
(Payment via PSID is mandatory.)

👉 Fee Payment
Fee can be paid via 1-Link facility, including ATMs, mobile banking apps (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.), internet banking, or at any 1-Link member bank branch.
FPSC Challan Form (TR-6) or bank draft/postal order will not be accepted.

After paying the fee, candidates must log in again, enter the details, and complete their online application.

Submitting the application online does not mean the application is final. Applicants must select subjects, occupation groups, and the exam center.
After submission, ensure that the application appears as "Application History."
No changes are allowed later.

👉 Hard Copy Submission
A signed hard copy of the online application, along with attested copies of: educational documents CNIC domicile four photographs must reach FPSC before 1st January 2026. Documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

👉 Admission Certificates
Admit Cards for the CSS Written Exam will be uploaded on the FPSC website by 15th January 2026. Candidates must download their own admit card; no postal letters will be issued.
