Description

The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship Program is funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and managed by Campus France, helping top French universities attract strong international students for master's and PhD programs. The program funds about 400 master's and 70 doctoral scholarships each year. Students cannot apply directly — only French higher education institutions can nominate candidates.

Eligibility

Candidates up to 29 years old at Master's level and up to 35 years old at PhD level. Candidates from all nationalities can apply except France; dual nationals where one nationality is French are not eligible. Priority fields include science and technology, engineering, economics and management, law and political science, and humanities.

How to Apply

Students cannot apply directly — candidates must first be nominated by a French higher education institution, which submits the application to Campus France before the deadline. Campus France's selection committee then evaluates nominations based on academic excellence, quality of study project, and fit with program priorities.
